I am 68 and have been to a Pile of dentists in my life. These people were THE BEST ever, by quite a margin. The office is clean, mod and well-lit, with informative graphics all over, and all staff are not only nice, but welcoming and cordial-especially the office manager, Valerie. She called my Ins to determine my benefits, then explained them in detail. The tech, Sonie, was skilled and considerate, took double-angle views of each section with Digital, not old-fashioned machines with way too much radiation, and blood pressure and photos of my mouth. The Dentist, Chris Tolmie, was thorough, unrushed, informative and frank, like no other dentist I've ever had. My hygienist, Beatrice, 2 years out of school, was supremely competent, careful, kind, and took her time instead of looking at her watch- best hygienist ever. They had smart and diligent staff ready to help if needed. I recommend this place and people as a WONDERFUL dental practice...OVERJOYED to find them! Charlie Nine months later, after several visits I still have the same high opinion. My insurance no longer accepts this office, but they are working with me so my fees are not too steep. I still have the same high opinion of this office, and highly endorse it. Charlie 12/12/24- Just had a cleaning visit and my new hygenist, Lycee pronounced lee-cee, was great. Second cleaning from her and he is excellent. Valerie is still a super sweetie. This is a great office, my xrays are free, they only charge me $75 a cleaning with no insurance, and they are only 2-3 miles from me. No need to think about going anywhere else.

Where do I start…. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt cared for. The receptionist was so kind and welcoming, which set the tone for the whole visit. Honestly, everyone in the office made my experience worth it — I left feeling so good about myself. There were 4 ladies who really stood out to me (I’m sorry I didn’t catch the fourth name, but that just shows how great the entire team’s customer service was). ✨ Brittany took the time to explain everything financially and made me feel so comfortable — it felt like I had known her for years. ✨ Dr. Lai was amazing. She cared for me through the entire process and made me feel like a queen. She told me she would take good care of me, and she truly did. ✨ Juvica, the dental assistant, was so gentle during my cleaning. She explained every step, answered all of my questions, and taught me so much about my dental health. This was honestly one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you to the whole team for treating me with such kindness and care. ❤️

Dr. Tolmie and his Team, Britt and Jubi, along with their Office Manager are an amazing Team!! They are welcoming, professional and gentle. Dr. Tolmie explained the work I needed to get done, went over everything step by step and asked if I had any questions. The office manager explained what Insurance would cover and what would be out of pocket. Today, I had the work done, they made sure I was comfortable and I didn’t experience any pain (I was there 3 hours). Once again, Dr. Tolmie went over the plan of treatment. Britt (Dental Asst) and Jubi (Hygienist) were outstanding and I never felt nervous.. I knew I was in good hands. Thank you for making this such a positive experience and for doing everything the same day! Their state of the art equipment and Dr. Tolmie’s bed side manner and expertise make this an office you want to come back to!
